1. Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

(b) Buzzy (referred to as either "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Buzzy Buzz Pty Ltd.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Buzzy to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of Buzzy, to perform services related to the Service or to assist Buzzy in analyzing how the Service is used. (p) Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an Account to use the Service.
(q) Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
(r) Website refers to means the website accessible from https://buzzy.buzz/ and the associated community forums accessible at https://forums.buzzy.buzz/.
(s) You means the individuals described in clause 2.1
2. Important: who this policy covers
(a) You are a Visitor to Our Website;
(b) You are a Partner or You register to use the Service (for example, by creating an Account); or
(c) We have received Your Personal Data in connection with Our marketing activities.
We are the controller of Your Personal Data to the extent that the above applies to You.
While We recognize that an individual has the right to access, delete and amend the data collected about that individual, We do not have a relationship with the Partner End Users but rather only with Our Partners. If You are a Partner End User and you would like to access, amend or delete Your data, then You need to contact the Partner directly and We will respond within a reasonable period of time to any such request by Our Partner.
We only retain the Partner End User Data We process on behalf of Our Partners for as long as necessary to provide the Service to Our Partners or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce any agreement.
3. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
3.1 Types of Data Collected

Buzzy may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service.
(b) To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
